Šioje kasmetinėje konferencijoje, kurią šiais metais organizavo tarptautinė centralizuoto šilumos tiekimo, centralizuoto vėsinimo ir kombinuotos šilumos bei elektros energijos gamybos asociacija Euroheat & Power kartu su Europos asociacija kogeneracijos skatinimui COGEN Europe, dalyvavo atstovai iš įvairių Europos ir kitų pasaulio šalių, kur buvo aptariamos pastarojo laikmečio aktualios problemos, išvystytą centralizuotą šilumos tiekimą turinčioms šalims.
Konferencijoje iš Lietuvos dalyvavo 3 asmenų delegacija: Vytautas Stasiūnas (Lietuvos šilumos tiekėjų asociacijos Prezidentas), Algimantas Zaremba (Lietuvos elektros energijos gamintojų asociacijos prezidentas) ir Rymantas Juozaitis (Pasaulio energetikos tarybos Lietuvos komiteto pirmininkas)
