Seminar on NETWORKING in the frame of energy saving organisations of the partnering countries/regions

The event will focus in three topics:
1. Business cooperation and opportunities
2. R&D cooperation
3. Networking policy and practises, the agreement on (Letter of intent) on energy saving networking
The idea of Networking within the SENET/ESCOBALT projects frameworks is:
1. to build stronger national or regional networks of energy experts and promote public - private cooperation in energy saving issues (for example in new R&D or in adoption of Corporate Social responsiblity in municipal energy sector)
2. to build transnational networking. The objective of transnational networking, agreed by the ESCOBALT working group is " To focus on municipal energy issues around the Baltic Sea and to promote CSR in this sector, to start with new development projects, to disseminate effectively information stemming from different projects/seminars, find new business opportunities, have lobbying power (for example in the discussion about the share of financing for energy issues in regional development funds/research funds...or in energy policy development in the BSR)
